Life Lately

The holidays are in full swing at our house. I love the holiday season, but it sure does keep us busy. I am happy to say that we officially crossed the last gift we needed to get off our list today! Now I just have a lot of wrapping to do.

We attended a wedding.

Had some friends over.

 

Went on an amazing date in downtown Huntsville. We had dinner at Pane e Vino in the Art Museum, then we walked around Big Spring Park where we watched ice skaters and enjoyed the Tinsel Trail.

Played Mexican Train Dominoes a lot.

 Had a Mexican night, because why not theme a dinner with friends for no reason.

And we played Mexican Train Dominoes on Mexican night of course.

I have a few batches of caramel corn from this recipe (except I omit the nuts and don't do the drizzle). I think I'll make another one tonight!

This was from a night that we had friends over and I made chocolate chip cookies.

The cutest puppy in the world.

We watched Alabama win the SEC Championship. Now on to the National Championship! Roll Tide!

We decked the halls.

And had a Merry Friendsgiving party where everyone brought a dish that was traditional to them. We ate so much delicious food!

I saw this on pinterest and thought it was too cute. So I just hand painted my own version on a canvas.
