Let there be Light

Since a lot of our projects have been centered around the living room lately, we decided that it needed an update in another place. The new couch is still amazing. And we are loving how much the new frames fill up the wall. But we were not loving the lamp on the console. So we got new ones!

Not only do two lamps bring a better balance to the console, but they also bring more light. Alan is not a fan of overhead lighting and would much rather have lamps on.

They have a pretty ceramic base and a linen shade. We found them at Home Decorators Collection when we decided to get the couch. And after looking in local stores for lamps for a few weeks we decided to order these lovelies.

Of course, we ordered them when they had a special going on, we even got free shipping! I love a deal.

Now all that is left to do is change the 8 pictures of the creepy couple out of the frames and replace them with pictures we like. I have already chosen the pictures, so now it is off to get them printed.
