Master Bath

Happy Friday everybody! Our master bath is really coming together. I told you about how we hung the mirrors here and we updated the closet here. Well, we also added some cute nick-nacks, a shelf and some towel hooks. Here is how it is looking now.

We brought this old bookcase in to the room to hold extra towels and things. I want to remove the towel bar above it. Alan and I are not so much towel bar people. We would much rather have some art or a mirror hinging over the shelf.

Do you also see the little hook up in the corner for towels. Here is a close up.

It just wasn't enough to hold both of our towels. So we went to Home Depot and bought two hooks and put them in the opposite wall next to the shower.

They match all of our fixtures so well and now we can both hang our towels. Dry towels are the best!

We would also like to do some kind of window treatment on the window over the bathtub. Maybe a roman shade of some type, we need to start looking.

And last but not least, the toilet behind the wall.

Some window treatments and some stuff to hang on the wall and we will be in business. I shared my bathroom over at Homemaker on a Dime for the Roomspiration Party. Go check out some of the other awesome bathrooms too.
